Delivery Expectations
To the USA: Most orders to the USA are now shipped via UPS or Fedex 2 or 3 business day service (if you are within 2 – 3 business days distance on a standard we may ship UPS standard). Yes, this is coming from Canada, and yes, it is fast!
Heavier orders (nails, etc) may be shipped UPS or Fedex standard, which delivers in 3 - 6 business days to most USA addresses.
Taxes, Duties etc
To the USA: As of Feb 2025, President Trump has assigned a 25% tariff on goods from Canada, and the under $800 de-minimus is cancelled on most goods. We will continue to ship, and all duties will be prepaid by us, so there will be no additional charges to our US customers. We have had to raise many of our prices to the USA to adjust for thus, but we are still very competitive in the USA marketplace on most items.
To Canada: Canadian customers will be charged GST or HST (as applicable), and BC customers will be charged 7% provincial sales taxes
